This is a diet which has been a popular weight-loss menu for a long time. It is told that many famous stars have tested it and keep the skin as good as water and slim. Dinner: 1 small can of tuna fish + 1 cup of broccoli + half cup of cucumber + 1 cup of bamboo shoots + half banana

First, this menu is for the purpose of developing low calorie. A variety of fruits and vegetables can ensure the vitamin. The calories of oil-filled tuna is higher 2-2.5 times than that of boiled.
